How to use our Glow in the dark fluorescent nail powders: Can be mixed with gel, acrylic powder, nail varnish, or brushed into the tacky layer of gel polish. Use a white, pale, or clear base coat for best results. The more powder used, the brighter and longer lasting the glow. Do not mix with water. Apply a clear top coat to protect the powder from moisture and provide a glossy finish. 5-10 minutes in the sun will make them glow, or 15-30 mins under normal electric lighting, or a UV light makes them glow straight away.
